User Experience Testing : We test a person’s perceptions and responses that result from the use or anticipated use of a solution. This kind of testing includes all the users’ emotions, beliefs, preferences, perceptions, physical and psychological responses, behaviors and accomplishments that occur before, during and after use. Design Research : We help you gather information about users, customers or stakeholders to guide innovation, product, and service design projects. User Requirements Gathering : We help you understand which requirements users have with regards to the creation of a new solution Innovation Projects : We help you find new opportunities in order to create value Service Design : We help you understand what kind of services can and should be developed by starting from what customers and users want and need when they interact with your services. Process Design : We help you design better processes based on what people actually do. Whether these processes are internal or external.
